Thunder Blue Ti. 3.0 litre V6 turbo-diesel With 170kW of power and a massive 550Nm of torque, the Nissan Pathfinder Ti 550 has all the power you need to get you where you want to go, and, just as importantly, back again. 2.5 litre 4-cylinder turbo-diesel Another engine that has got plenty of grunt. It’s available in the ST, ST-L and Ti models and delivers an impressive 140kW of power and 450Nm of torque. Towing capacity The Ti 550 offers an unbelievable 3,500kg braked towing capacity, while ST, ST-L and Ti can haul up to 3,000kg. Either way, no matter where you are going you’ll be able to take your favourite toys with you. ALL MODE 4x4 system The rotary dial makes it easy to change between driving modes while on the move. Leave it in AUTO and the system will continually monitor all four wheels and instantly distribute the ideal amount of torque between them. If you want to take control, the ST, ST-L and Ti models let you choose between 2WD, 4WD High and 4WD Low for serious off-roading. While the Ti 550 offers 4WD High and 4WD Low in addition to AUTO. Hill Start Assist To prevent any roll back while starting on an incline, Hill Start Assist momentarily keeps the brake engaged to allow you to apply acceleration. Hill Descent Control Models with an automatic transmission help you stay in control by using the Anti-lock Braking System to keep your vehicle travelling at a low speed when heading down steep inclines. Manual or automatic transmission The ST and ST-L models come with the choice of a responsive 6-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed automatic with Manual Mode, which is standard on the Ti. The Ti 550 has a 7-speed automatic transmission with M-Mode for smooth, comfortable highway driving. Xenon headlights with washers Available on the Ti and Ti 550 models, these powerful headlights will keep the road ahead fully illuminated even in the most extreme conditions. Flame Red Ti Hatch Airbags All models have front driver and passenger SRS airbags, while the ST-L, Ti and Ti 550 models add front to rear SRS curtain airbags; giving you the protection of six airbags in total. Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) VDC, also known as Electronic Stability Control, is a safety system to help keep you on your intended path. If VDC senses that your vehicle is starting to oversteer or understeer, the engine power is reduced or braking power applied to specific wheels to help you maintain control. Brake Assist & Electronic Brake force Distribution More than “just stopping”, Brake Assist senses emergency braking and automatically helps to apply maximum braking pressure if needed. Different trailer types and different trailer manufacturers have varying towball downloads. The customer will need to contact the trailer manufacturer for information as to the download. Nissan does not recommend the fitting of load levelling or weight distribution devices when used with a Nissan Genuine towbar.
