Both the exterior and interior design were created by Suzuki's design team in Europe and then taken forward through three design clinics. Furthermore, test laboratories in Japan, Europe and India carried out various tests like engine dyno, wind tunnel, cold/hot chambers and emissions lab, to make sure that your drive is a smooth one. Offering the same driving pleasure and sure-footed handling as the Swift, the Ritz achieves a superb balance between spaciousness, utility and a stylish design. 'User-friendliness' was the key concept in the Ritz's development. The high driving position was incorporated to enhance the convenience for better all-around visibility, entry and egress of the vehicle and a spacious cabin for five occupants. The K12M gasoline engine is a newly designed high-tech engine and is specifically calibrated for Indian driving conditions delivering superb fuel economy and sophisticated drivability. The Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) characteristics were also optimised to provide quiet and comfortable driving pleasure. Carrying on Suzuki's 'fun driving DNA', the Ritz is firmly aimed at users of virtually any generation or lifestyle - a truly great car that is compact in size yet big on fun, comfort and utility.
