GENERAL INFORMATION
Genuine Holden remotes can be programmed using the
Silca RW2 + Com-Code, the Silca RW3 + Com-Code,
the Silca RW4 + Com-Code, Yazaki or the AD50 device,
allowing the locksmith to service all models of the
Commodore series VP-VXII* inclusive. These remotes are
easy to program and are an essential item for most
locksmiths.

Step 1
Program new key with Com-Code, Yazaki etc.
Copy the 4,5 or 6 digit security code from an existing key or
manualy enter the code if an existing key is not available.
Remember to add zeros to the begining of the code to make
6 digits if needed. EXAMPLE: “1234” becomes “001234”.
Step 2
Open the car with the OLD key, MECHANICALLY.
Put key in lock, DO NOT use remote to unlock the door.

- Open the car with the existing remote.
- Get in car and shut the door. Wait 2 Minutes.
Then proceed to Step 4

Holden 2 button head
- Suits VR Berlina, Calais,
Statesman & Caprice
Step 3
Sit in car and close the door.
Step 4
Put the NEW key in the ignition, turn ON, let the car run for
10 Seconds.
Step 5
Turn ignition OFF and remove key.
SUITS MOST MODELS
Step 6
Get out of the car and close the door.

Holden 3 button head
- Suits most holden models.
IMPORTANT
Not recommended on
Executive Models
Step 7
Use the remote on the NEW key to lock the car.
